Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks (skin on or off)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked brown or white rice
Instructions
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
Coat the drumsticks evenly with the sauce.
Place the drumsticks in an air fryer or on a baking tray.
Air fryer: Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Oven: Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
While the chicken cooks, steam or microwave the broccoli until tender-crisp (about 4–5 minutes).
Serve the chicken with the broccoli and cooked rice.
