A Special Christmas Celebration for 700 Children

Once again this year, a total of 700 children from underprivileged areas in Montreal and Quebec City participated in a magical Christmas celebration. The ballrooms were decorated into a magical wonderland for the occasion, and the children enjoyed interactive Christmas shows offered by professional animators, participated in song and dance, and partook in a multitude of arts and crafts workshops. They enjoyed a delicious and abundant Christmas meal and at the end of the day, every child received gifts from Santa Claus and his elves ! Each child received both useful and fun items, notably toys, books, soccer balls and warm clothing.

Due to teacher strikes and school closures, the events were postponed and took place on Monday January 15th at the Hilton Hotel in Quebec City and on Thursday January 18th at the Plaza Vogue in Montreal.

We would like to extend a warm thank you to all of our donors, sponsors, volunteers, the Hilton Hotel, Plaza Vogue and the staff of Children Now who all contributed to making this event possible.
