2025 Spring Festivals

This past May, Children Now hosted three unforgettable Spring Festivals in Montreal, Trois-Rivières, and Quebec City, welcoming over 700 children aged 4 to 8 from underprivileged backgrounds into a world of laughter, magic, and care.

Local school gymnasiums were transformed into vibrant springtime wonderlands, where the children enjoyed a day filled with arts and crafts, inflatable games, face painting by professional artists, music, dancing, and a special animated show that touched on age-appropriate themes of environmental respect and living in harmony with nature.

A delicious hot meal and dessert table helped fuel the fun, and the day ended on a high note with an exciting chocolate egg hunt. To wrap up the celebration, each child went home with arms full of gifts, including books, plushies, toys, chocolates, and more—thanks to the generous contributions of our faithful sponsors and donors.

From the sparkle in their eyes to the joy echoing through the hallways, this year’s Spring Festival reminded us of how powerful shared joy can be—and just how much of a difference a single day can make in a child’s life.
