December 2015 – A Fairytale Christmas for Underprivileged Children from Montreal and Quebec

Every year, Children Now organizes its traditional Christmas Show for 700 underprivileged children from Montreal and Quebec.

700 Children between the ages of 6 and 8 will participate in this day filled with activities in a magnificent ballroom decorated especially for the event. There will be music, song and dance, animation, arts and crafts workshops, a delicious all-you-can-eat hot buffet and many sweets, followed by the distribution of gifts by the real Santa Claus, the Star Fairy and countless elves.

More than 60 volunteers will be transformed into elves, reindeer and fairies adding to the magic of Christmas by ensuring that everything goes according to plan. The Christmas Show is an exceptional celebration which will allow these children to forget, for this one day, that they live in poverty.
